There isn't much I can tell about this memorial. It's obviously a Croat memorial to their combatants during the Civil War in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and that was confirmed to me by a local person, who, however, couldn't explain the sense of the memorial.

It intrigued me that it was raised in a town currently with a Serb majority. Ironically, before the war, when the last census took place, in 1991, Muslims were 55%, Serbs 20% and Croats 7%.

The memorial stands near the most significant building in Brcko, the City Hall. Actually, between the City Hall and a mall.
