Ermida de Santa Luzia - Pias, Portugal - Roman Catholic Churches on Waymarking.com

This chapel looks lost, next to the dirt road which serves the farming grounds around. Apparently it's not been used for worship for a while, but I saw some pictures of the inside in a geocache listing and it looks great.

It's probably from the early 16th Century.

In the attached grounds there is an abandoned cemetery.
