Oceanus is a wide mural depicting life under the Pacific Ocean. It shows an underwater panorama of sea creatures, divers and cans of radioactive waste. Above the waterline the city of San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge, and Marin County can be seen in the distance.

The mural was completed in 1977. In 2003, volunteers had to remove a coating a graffiti. In 2008, ivy growing nearby was encroaching on the mural and was removed.
