From the Smithsonian AIC Description:
An abstract sculpture comprised of two granite pieces set upright and perpendicular to each other on a granite base, topped with a triangular granite slab. The two upright granite pieces are called the Meridian Stone and the Prime Vertical stone. They base has three pieces of stone which form a square at the north end.
Three vertical lines and a circle above them.
