Well, they turn up anywhere, your local grocery, etc.
This one is open to the public from the west entrance.

It is small but does have seating both inside and outdoors.
It stays open longer than it's neighbor (the only other
concession which is not open on weekends).
This one probably gets more trade from the capitol and nearby hotels and offices than from the convention itself.
Had a a cranberry scone at 19th & J.

couches? no view. seating for 20 + more outside, shared by 2nd venue. restrooms are part of the convention center.
This also serves the Theater and the Imax nearby.

I was really disappointed that the neighboring vendor was not open after 2 p.m. or on Sunday!
I like their chocolate, but couldn't say on the coffee.
