When one is from out-of-town and a first-time visitor, signs like
this really matter. This one is often supplemented by a live
person, and city supplied brochures for food and sightseeing.

It is indoors in the area near two snackbars and restrooms.
The building is three stories, including large meeting rooms on the third floor, and a ballroom. Both escalators and elevators are available.
Trucks (U-haul size) enter from the south loading dock to transform the area for display materials, vendor tables, and large booths.
One snackbar was not open on the weekend, and shut down at 2 p.m.
on the weekday. They are accessible from the outside end of the building, and one provides colorful, outdoor seating.
