this sign at the front corner of the museum of local history in Allschwil. The white metal sign just says "museum" in an archaic font. The mounting is much more impressive. The sign is hold by a forged bird with many ornaments, some of them colored in blue, red and gold.
The house it is mounted is also worth a view. The museum is a 17th century half-timbered farm house in Sundgau style.
