This weathervane depicts a whale; it is probably a sperm whale because of it's distinctive large, block-shaped head. The whale is a metal sillouette attached to a directional arrow, on a rod over the N,S,E and W indicators. The rod is mounted on a small wooden cupola on the garage of a private residence on Lake Erie in Amherstburg, Ontario. (There are no whales in Lake Erie)
