Village clock place to celebrate the millennium in 2000. The pillar is about 12 feet tall.
The clock face is circular and white with black roman numerals and black hands. It is surreounded by a green border with small plaques above (saying Cookley) and below (saying 2000).
The plaque on the base commemmorates all those who contributed to the fund.
