"Oak Grove Baptist Church on Princess Anne Road is the mother church of Baptist conregations in Virginia Beach [formerly Princess Anne County], and is one of the two oldest in Virginia. Established as Pungo Baptist Church in 1762, it adopted the name Oak Grove Baptist in 1856."
