With a small seating area, this seems like a busy McDonalds. If you are across the highway you may end up having a rootbeer related burger instead. The drive thru is quick and the staff are friendly as well.
Typical for a small town restaurant, the bathrooms are relatively clean, you can actually have cleaner hands leaving than going in.
