Surprisingly, there doesn't seem to bbe much information available about this bridge online.

visit link) which shows that the name of the pedestrian street is Avenue of the Island. The only vehicles here are golf carts and bicycles. The bridge has three arches, would seem to be made of steel and is painted a pale green.
