West of Prague on Highway 62, this park is large and beautifully landscaped. This gazebo stands on the south edge of the park, near the highway. South of the gazebo is one of the Oklahoma Centennial clocks and west of the gazebo, a beautiful rose garden adds color.
This is a large eight-sided structure approximately 16 feet across. It has a concrete floor with two, 2-step entrances. Six stone benches offer seating within. The roof is shingled in red and has a weather vane mounted at the peak. Eight ten-inch wood posts support the roof. On six sides, elaborate filigree wrought iron railings add beauty. Decorative iron brackets are mounted at the top of each post.
When standing at the center of the gazebo and looking up, you can see the ceiling has an eight-sided stained glass panel which has a rose branch in the center and the date 1983.
This gazebo was a gift to the city, and a dedication plaque on the south side reads:
