Der dreistöckige Galerie-Holländer auf dem Mühlenplatz zwischen Hauptkanal und Stadtpark wurde im Jahre 1888 erbaut und 1999 funktionsfähig restauriert. Ausgestattet mit einer Dampfmühle konnte der Müller in früheren Zeiten auch bei Windstille Korn schroten und mahlen.
Die Museumsmühle dient heute zu Ausstellungszwecken. Eine besondere Spezialität ist das Mühlenbrot, das dort angeboten wird. Der Eintritt ist frei.

The three-story gallery cap windmill at the Mühlenplatz between the Hauptkanal (main channel) and the City Park was built in the year 1888 and operational restored in 1999. Equipped with a steam mill, in earlier times the miller could grind and mill the grain, even with no wind.
The mill museum is now used for exhibitions. A speciality is the mill bread that is offered here. Admission is free.
