The Getting’s good at this great strawberry garden! Berry pickers can take the shuttle carts to the fields and pick their own berries or purchase them freshly picked in flats or frozen at the Strawberry Stand. Also available are a wide array of jams and jellies, strawberry pies and muffins, and even strawberry shakes, sundaes and popsicles.
There are 12 acres of berries. They are open Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-8:30 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m.-4 p.m. The gardens are at 2859 Pierce Avenue northwest of Sanborn and there are signs telling where to turn off of Hwy. 18.
