Harrison Cemetery is the final resting place for William "Grancer" Harrison, born in Old District 96, Edgefield Co, South Carolina in around 1789 and one of the 13 Alabama Ghosts featured in Kathryn Tucker Windham's book. Also, very nearby, is the gravesite of Grancer's father, William Harrison, who was a Revolutionary War veteran. Grancer Harrison's grave is covered with a white-washed brick structure that is unmarked.

According to Findagrave.com Harrison Cemetery contains 159 burials. That seems low. There is no sign at the cemetery.
