Architects: Issac H. & William M. Rapp

The firm of Otero & Whiting was founded by Miquel A. Oteron in Kansas in 1861.  This large Commission Company came to Las Vegas with the railroad and operated as Otero, Sellar & Co. ntil 1879.  The firm became Gross, Blackwell & Co. and later Gross, Kelly & Co.
It operated in the Southwest until 1954.
