Two signs at this location...the one for Route 65 points the way to Golden Gate Park and the Route 2 sign points to the Marina.

The San Francisco Bike website (visit link) has little information...only: "
The Presidio / Golden Gate Park / Laguna Honda Hospital / West Portal / Junipero Serra Blvd"
The organization doesn't seem to have any page at all for Route 2.
