Rotary klub prispel v roce 2005 na obnovu barokní sochy svatého Blažeje ve Starém Plzenci.
Socha stojí v míste, kde byl dríve postavený kostel zasvecený práve svatému Blažeji.
Pod sochu je kamenná deska s textem:
"K restaurování sochy sv. Balžeje a úprave tohoto duchovního místa prispeli v roce 2005 mesto Starý Plzenec a clenové Rotary Klubu Plzen na pocest 100. výrocí Rotary Intenational a 80. výrocí Rotary v našich zemích".

Rotary Club has contributed in 2005 to restore the baroque statue of St. Blaise's in Starý Plzenec.
The statue stands in the place where it was built before the church was dedicated to St. Blaise.
Beneath the statue is a stone plaque with the text:
"The restoration of the statue of St. Balžeje and treatment of this spiritual place in 2005 helped the city Stary Plzenec and members of the Rotary Club of Pilsen to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Rotary Intenational and the 80th anniversary of Rotary in our countries."
