The Baca-Korte House at 615 S. Pacific was built in 1930. The one and half story house is in Colonial Revival style. The house is constructed of sandstone which has been covered with stucco. The house has a metal gambrel roof with dormers. The house appears to be in good condition and has now been converted to apartments.
