"Baldwin Winery. Circa 1887. The winery building with its underground cellars, is the oldest of the Baldwin estate's late 19th century structures.
Charles and Ella Virginia Baldwin grew grapes and produced award winning wines on the estate, nicknamed Beaulieu until damaged by root louse, phylloxera and successive years of drought devastated local vineyard in the late 1890s."
