"Die einstige Duschl-Bierhalle war eine ansehliche Brauerei. Man erinnert sich, dass die frühere Gaststätte, wie sonst auch üblich, im Vordergebäude untergebracht Foto von 1940war, bis 1719 die ehemaligen Fremdenanstallungen der Innschiffzüge in Wirtschaftsräume umgestaltet worden sind.

1928 ging dann das Duschl-Bräu-Haus mit seinem Wirtsgarten in die Hände der Eheleute Vitus und Viktoria Mitterfellner über.
1934 übernahm deren Sohn Vitus und seine Ehefrau Therese Mitterfellner das Anwesen.
1964 führten deren Sohn Vitus Mitterfellner und Juliane, geborene Anderl den Betrieb weiter, bis im Jahre 1983 ein Brand das Gebäude zerstörte. 1985 wurde das gesamte Gebäude abgerissen und als traditionelles Wirtshaus wieder aufgebaut. Aus den einstigen Duschl-Bierhallen wurde der Zeit entsprechend ein Restaurant und Gaststätte-Biergarten mit altbekannter bayerischer Gemütlichkeit." - Quelle: (
