The Clock Tower was erected in 2002 to celebrate the City's centennial in 2003.
Each of the four canister clocks is surface mounted & separately driven with no central mechanism, that I can see.
The clock face is white, with black hour & minute hands, black Roman numeral figures.
I have visited the Winter Gardens many times & the clock appears to be working fine.
The Citys juicy past comes from its sub tropical weather, enabling all the citrus farms in the area.
"Winter Garden is a city located 14 miles west of downtown Orlando in western Orange County, Florida. It is part of the Orlando–Kissimmee Metropolitan Statistical Area. Winter Garden's population is currently over 30,000.
Winter Garden has a warm and humid subtropical climate, and there are two major seasons each year.
