This memorial is in a cozy little green space. A single flag pole is central to the memorial with the dedication stone at the base forward. The is a a black wall about 40' in length that tapers down in height on both ends. The wall is about 2' tall in the middle and 18" at the ends. There are six gray stones evenly spaced, three on each side of the flag pole. Each bear a military branch seal. From left to right the order is: Air Force, Marines, Navy, Army, Coast Guard, and Merchant Marine. The tops of the stones are angular with the high side pointing inboard toward the U.S. flag. A state and POW/MIA flag are also on the flag pole below the U.S. flag. There are two lights at ground level that illuminate the memorial.
