This campus opened in 1925 and continues to grow and serve the community. It is across the street from the city's oldest park.

Campus has been served by city busses and is now also served by the Regional Transit light rail system. Monthly passes are available at student rates. There is also a fairly recent new high rise parking facility -- four stories with elevators.
