This is the zoo of Nürnberg, Germany, Bayern. It is called 'Tiergarten' which means 'zoological gardens'.

The Nuremberg Zoo is one of the finest zoological gardens in Europe. The vast forest park with rugged rock formations is presented in red sandstone, ancient trees and idyllic meadows and pond landscapes. A unique combination of landscape and wildlife provides real experiences and real relaxation for visitors young and old.

At the founding of the zoo at its present location in 1939 were large pond created, which today represent a natural habitat for many native fish and waterfowl. The subject matter ranges from the local fresh water, tropical rivers and coastal areas to the open sea.
