Foster's is best know for its clambakes. This is their full-service seafood restaurant and market, but they host clambakes at their pavilion and cater at other locations.

Foster's is well known for their clam bakes, both here at their facility, and catered at external locations. They were featured in a Betty Crocker cookbook, and after catering a clam bake at the White House, they opened a branch office in Washington, DC.
The restaurant was started in 1951 by Bill Foster. Although it changed hands in 1985, it is still a family-owned business.
