This large lobster is mounted on top of the main building of Foster's Restaurant and Market in York, Maine.

Foster's is well known for their clam bakes, both here at their facility, and catered at external locations. They were featured in a Betty Crocker cookbook, and after catering a clam bake at the White House, they opened a branch office in Washington, DC.

This gray lobster, with many details in relief, is one of two lobster weather vanes here. This one is mounted on the peak of the main building.
