"Der Jaufenpass (italienisch Passo di Monte Giovo, aus dem lateinischen Iugum Iovis, also Jupiter-Pass) ist ein Gebirgspass in Südtirol, Italien. Er verbindet auf einer Höhe von 2.094 m s.l.m. das Passeiertal bei St. Leonhard in Passeier mit dem Wipptal bei Sterzing (Brennerstraße). Die Straße ist sehr kurvenreich, hat 20 Kehren und eine Länge von 39 km.
Der Jaufenpass ist der nördlichste inner-italienische Alpenpass und die kürzeste Verbindung zwischen Meran und Sterzing. Er verbindet die Sarntaler im Süden und die Stubaier Alpen im Norden.
