The Kolob Canyons area of Zion is at a higher elevation and gets far fewer visitors than the lower, southern, main portion of the Park even though the entrance is right at Exit 40 from busy Interstate 15 between St. George and Cedar City. The highlight of Kolob Canyons is a five-mile scenic drive with numerous spectacular overlooks allowing leisurely views of the colorful Canyons.
Off Road Directions: Less than a quarter mile off I-25, on East side. Exit is well marked
