Ye Olde Butcher Shoppe is located in a stand alone building in an otherwise residential neighborhood in West Springfield, MA. Raymond LaFlamme was once working as a butcher for the A&P before opening his own shop in 1967. The business is a family affair currently co-owned by brothers Paul and John LaFlamme. They carry a full line of their own prepared foods & salads as well as grade "A" all natural chicken, deli meats, and USDA prime beef - which they cut to order. They also make their own hot & sweet Italian sausage.
There are three public parking places, on the tree belt, in front of the building but they have a large private parking lot at the rear of the building.
