From the junction with Nevada Highway 147 (Lake Mead Blvd.) proceed northeast 7.9 miles to the junction with Callville Bay Road. The mark is approximately 60 feet north of the junction of the centerlines of Northshore Road and Callville Bay Road, on the flat top of a small rise about 4 feet above the highway. The mark is set in concrete about 2 inches above the surrounding grade and 18 inches southwest of a 2 x 2 inch steel angle-iron witness post.
