NGS G 365 RESET 2004, KS, is a National Geodetic Survey (NGS) Vertical Control Mark located in the northwest angle of the intersection of US Highway 283 and T Road about three miles north of Hill City, Graham County, KS. The disk is located about 100 feet west of the centerline of US Highway 283, about 90 feet north of the centerline of T Road, 3.0 feet north of a metal right-of-way marker, 2.5 feet northeast of a fence corner, 2.5 feet east of a fence, 2.0 feet south of a round wood post that supports a NO HUNTING sign, and in the top of a round concrete monument that is flush with the surface. The NGS (or its agent) set this mark in 2004 metal rod G 365 (1986) (PID = KG0487), and the disk is stamped G 365 RESET 2004. It is in neither the NGS nor Geocaching databases. To reach from the intersection of US Highway 283 and US Highway 24 in Hill City, KS, go north on US Highway 283 for 3.0 miles to the intersection with T Road and the disk on the left in the northwest angle of the intersection.
