This Triangulation Disk is easily accessible off of a dirt road just south of the old Arizona/Utah border crossing on River Road (now decommissioned and blocked off).

Due to blockage of River Road at the Utah/Arizona border and construction of a new freeway to access the new St. George airport plus changes in the gravel road configurations in the area, previous descriptions are inadequate and are in need of a new replacement.

From Interstate Highway 15 Exit 2 take Utah Highway 7 east for 3.3.miles to Exit 3. From the exit proceed south then southwest on unpaved road across Arizona/Utah border for 0.4 miles to unpaved road on left marked with BLM sign for Little Black Mountain Petroglyph Site. Proceed southeast on this unpaved road for 0.5 miles to mark on the right about 30 feet south of road.
