Blessed Sacrament Primary School was founded as a Catholic parish school in 1923. They offer K-8 grade classes to families of all faiths who accept the school's mission and philosophy. They also operate a full and part-time pre-school program.
This is the older of the two buildings that comprise of the school. It faces Route 5 which is Northampton Street. The new church building is one block north of this building and the new school building is located two block away to the northwest.
The separate entrances are on opposite sides of the building. The boys entrance is on the south side of the building facing the playground. The girls entrance is on the north side of the building along Hitchcock Street.
