This monuments lists eleven veterans of World War One, sixty-four from World War Two, fourteen from the Korean War, and seven from the Vietnam War. It also lists twenty veterans who are buried in the Leamington Cemetery and six veterans who lived elsewhere but had moved into the Leamington area at the time the plaque was created.

Description of Memorial: The plaque shares a monument describing the origin of Leamington and, in particular, the church/school bell that served the community for many years. The monument is on the grounds of the original LDS Church meetinghouse that now serves as a local history museum.
