Salem Pond is located on Highway 198 in Salem, between Payson and Spanish Fork. It is an 11 acre pond, accessible from 10:00 a.m to 10:00 pm.
Daily bag and possession limit is two fish total. Although not mandatory, the Division of Wildlife encourages you to release all bass at community waters. Grass Carp must be released.
Boating and floating is allowed May through October. Motorized vessels need a permit.
You are likely to catch: Rainbow Trout, channel catfish, largemouth bass & bluegill. It is also possible to catch: Walleye, green sunfish.
Amenities available at this site are: Parking, restrooms, tables, shade, fish pier, and is handicap accessible.
No vehicles are allowed on paved path and no horses are allowed.
