Replete with history, charm, and too many cars in narrow streets, the old town of Melaka is also replete with dated buildings. Most from the early to mid 20th century. This building dates to 1979, making it late indeed. Reflecting its late origin, it is noticeably different in design. A larger, single building, rather than the small and individually crafted structures of the earlier era. The year is proudly emblazoned atop the building.
