The pools support Lane Swimming, Members Only, Recreational, Aqua Jogging, Fins and Paddles, Children, Splash and Play.
Its sports oriented, so the hours are very flexible. you need to check the web site for swim times. The pool has a unique floor that can be raised & lowered to change the depth and slope of the pool.

This pool facility includes a café and meeting facilities, plus a wide range of sports services.
