Enid Cemetery is located at the intersection of W. Willow Road and N. Grand Avenue in Enid. Established in 1897, this cemetery is on the National Register of Historic Places.

This World War I memorial was constructed in 1920 and faces West. It consists of a semi-circular concrete bench 10 x 15 feet on a concrete platform. A full width flight of four stairs leads to the platform. Centered on the bench is a cut stone pillar which stands on a stone base, and is topped with a curved concrete cap. A rectangular bronze plaque shows an eagle motif, with banners out to each side on which is engraved "HONOR ROLL". The plaque reads:
