In Boston's Financial District, in a beautiful art deco building, is the main office for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay.

The building is located in the block bounded, in part by Federal Street, Franklin Street, and Devonshire Street. The building, 75 Federal Street, is linked internally with a white building - 100 Federal Street. When you go in to visit the office, be sure that you are in the 75 Federal Street building elevator and not the other building - I didn't pay attention and ended up in a rather darkly lit floor that obviously did not have the office. The signs indication where those elevators are rather small.

Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Massachusetts covers four sub areas: Greater Boston, Greater Attleborough, Greater Fall River, and Cape Cod and the Islands. The web site states that the Greater Boston region handles about 1,787 matches per year. They offer two programs: Community Based Mentoring Programs and School Based Mentoring Programs. Several special events are planned as well, including a golf tournament.
