Uttaradit is one of the many small, central provinces of Thailand, lands of agriculture and light industry. Invariably, there is a provincial capital (which always shares the name of the province), within which is the provincial bus station.
Uttradit is found ~500kms north of Bangkok. The provincial station is located on the western approach to the capital centre. In design it follows the standard: a long, rectangular, covered waiting area, with ticket counters at one end and toilets and a shop at the other. Around this are bus bays. From here one can travel to Bangkok, to the neighbouring provinces, and to the small towns and villages within the province.
If you visit, expect to be noticed. I saw no other faring during my one day visit.
Rare, in my experience, there was a toilet for disabled folk, with a ramp.
