On Wednesday, February 08, 2006, the University of Arkansas publicly unveiled "Il Porcellino", a bronze statue given by the Suzie Stephens and Jim Hatfield family, and which traveled to Fayetteville from Florence, Italy, last summer. A replica of the original, the wild boar statue is said to grant the wishes of those who throw coins into the fountain. -above text from ( visit link)
