Adjacent to an earlier 'Federal Realty Building', dated to 1959, is this building, dated four year later. Also, originally, it was a 'Federal Realty Building', however, unlike its older sibling, which is still in use, albeit as a hotel, this building looks to be abandoned, broken windows, bordered over. Never a good sign. The glory days have passed. There is also Chinese language text, which presumably repeats the title of the building.
