This building is found on a prominent street corner, near the city centre of the central Malaysian town of Ipoh. Originally it seems to have been a realtors building, or something of that sort, but now it looks to be a somewhat low cost hotel. I gather that this area of the city was once the more prestigious, but now no more, time and tide have moved on. So it goes.
