This building is dated to 1980. It is situated on the south eastern side of the small, Malaysian city of Ipoh. It is still in use, but looks just a little worn. A coat of paint would do wonders. At the highest point of the building, looking out onto the street is the dedicatory year. There are also two lines of Malay text beneath the year, but at the current moment, I am unable to effect a translation.
