The Emmanuel United Church of Christ Cemetery was founded in the 1860s. The cemetery has 500-600 graves and continues as an active cemetery. Many of the early graves are in German as the church was originally founded by German immigrants who had settled in the area.
The cemetery is well maintained by the church. The church was founded in 1866 and the current building was built in 1874.
