Z historie nádražní budovy v Uherském Hradišti
Autorem projektu výpravní budovy byl Ing. Miloš Fikr, který projektoval rovnež výpravní budovu v Uherském Brode. Obe budovy jsou pri tom identické, pouze zrcadlove obrácené.
Budovu železnicní stanice Uherské Hradište postavila v letech 1929-1930 firma uherskohradištského stavitele Otakara Jedlicky. Stavba byla dokoncena na podzim roku 1930.
Nádraží bylo slavnostne otevreno 12.10.1930.
Vnitrní výzdobu provedl dle návrhu Rozky Falešníkové Theodor Zapletal, vnejší výzdobu provedla Rozka Falešníková, dle vlastního návrhu.
Výpravní budova byla rekonstruována v roce 2004 a od mesta Uherské Hradište se jí dostalo ocenení „Stavba roku 2004“.
Železnicní stanice Uherské Hradište zvítezila v celostátní souteži o nejkrásnejší vlakové nádraží roku 2011

From the history of railway building in Uherske Hradiste
The author of the project station building was Ing. Milos Fikr, who also designed the station building in Uherský Brod. Both buildings are in fact identical, only the mirror-reversed.
The building of railway station built in 1929-1930 local architect firm Otakar Jedlicka. Construction was completed in autumn 1930.
The station was opened on October 12, 1930.
Interior decoration was made according to the design Rozky Falešníkové Theodor Zapletal, external decoration carried Rozka Falešníková according to their own design.
Passenger building was reconstructed in 2004 and from the city of Uherske Hradiste she received the award "Building of the Year 2004".
The railway station Uherské Hradište won a national competition for the most beautiful train station in 2011
