"Inaugurado em 1969, neste predio encontram-se as diversas secreterias que executam as politicas publicas visando prestar servicios de qualidade a populacao. Em momentos anteriores, o executivo estava disperso em varios locais. Entre eles a Agencia de Prefeitura funcionou durante as decadas 20 a 40 na esquina da Rua Col. Oliveira Lima e Av Queiros dos Santos. O gabinete do prefeito esteve instalado na decada 40 no Solar Magini, atual Cine Tangara, e durante a decadas de 50 e 60 na Praca do Carmo, atual Casa da Palavra."
"Innugurated in 1969, in this building you'll find the diverse departments that make the public politics and provide services to the population. Before the city hall was dispersed in many locations around the city. The ciy hall was located in the 20s to the 40s at the corner of Rua Col. Oliveira Lima and Av Queiros dos Santos. In the 40s, the city cabinet was located at the Solar Magini, the current Tangara Cinema and during the 50s and 60s in Carmo Plaza."
