The Cutout is in the building along with lots of history and perhaps a few more waymarks can be found in and around.
The cutout depicts a seen from Lake Erie's past. You can be either Commodore Perry on a long boat or one of two crew members who row the boat. Flying behind your head if you are Perry you will see the battle flag he flew on his Flagship saying "Don't give up the ship"
